Why Are Green Drinks Everywhere And How Do We Choose?

Just Starting with a green drink? If you are juicing that's one way to drink greens. The other is to purchase greens which you mix with water, then the question comes up for a "taste good" and "feel good" greens, and of course how do you decide?

Once you find a great greens and commit to hydrating, you are taking the first step to pH balance, alkalizing and optimal health. You will also want to consider an alkalizing catalyst to add to your water, raising the pH of the green drink, which will help you accomplish your goals.

This segment is about "how to drink a greendrink" and "why we should drink a greendrink".The process outlined below will help you increase your hydration to the levels you only thought you could. It's a lot easier to drink when you are thirsty, and following the protocol seems to inspire hydration levels that work well for many of us, so read on and find your path. Plus you can always call us with questions.

Drinking greens is really our best way to make up the difference in what our body requires (nutritionally) and because we mix greens in water, we are improving our levels of hydration. Let's face it we can all eat perfect and still not receive enough nutrition, especially at a cellular level where we need it. So then the question comes, which "greens"? Not all greens or green drinks are alike, your green drink plays a major role in meeting your nutritional needs and while ingredients are key, so is processing and energy derived from the greens, the enzyme values.

The following instructions would apply to any greendrink, however keep in mind not all greendrinks are alike. Some may have ingredients that are not conducive to pH Balance. Vitamins and minerals from food co-factor one another, meaning they work synergistically, and one cannot work without the other (which is why it is difficult to receive nutrition from many OTC products), and many just plain taste bad. For the long haul you should discriminate and select a greendrink that has everything you need, tastes great and most importantly, becomes the difference between your diet and what your body requires.

Whenever you begin a greendrink, which consists of pure water mixed with greens and optimally an alkalizer, always remember it takes time for your body to adjust to absorbing new levels of nutrition, begin with small amounts and increase a little every three days until you get up to the recommended amount - no matter how many bottles you drink a day.

You don't have to force yourself to drink, here is what works for me and many pHBB members: Starting with a quart size drinking bottle:

Begin with of the full dosage of the greens and usually you can begin with full dosage of the alkalizer.

Every 3 days add a little more green and in time you will be at the full amount, and feeling more energized each day.

Practice Approach: My suggestion is to make a bottle upon rising, and drink it over 30 minutes to 2 hours

Make your second bottle an hour after lunch, drinking it over 30 minutes to 2 hours.

In the evening, about an hour after dinner until bedtime, drink water with alkalizer and fresh lemon or lime juice.

If you practice this way, within 3 days to a week you should become dry mouthed, wanting more to drink. It's a natural way to increase hydration, I've seen people go to 6-8 quarts a day, and back to down to a normal level. This is giving your brain what it needs, then your brain signal back to you that your body wants to re-hydrate, or exchange your body water! Naturally increasing your level of hydration - This is Great News!

Remember you are at least 70% water (just like the earth) and your water needs to be exchanged with pure water on a regular basis. A quart a day for every 30-50 pounds depending on your health. Alkalized water and delivering nutrition at a cellular level is the single most important step you can make toward a healthier tomorrow. Other supplements should be taken "less more often" versus "more less often", i.e., a small amount going in frequently will give you more consistent results.

pH Body Balance recommends InnerLight SuperGreens with Prime pH (which raises the pH of the water) because the way the vegetables, leaves, grasses, and sprouts were selected according to body need and because they are micro-ionized, to me that means recharged back to the raw state of high mgHz value, and the Prime pH has a negative charge which in my opinion causes a compounding process of alkalinity. The SuperGreens are 49 different vegetations charged back to like raw or better (at 250 mgHz through micro ionization) with the most amazing bio availability, delivering nutrition at a cellular level PLUS a very light taste, tastes like green tea! For a quick change up I add ginger juice when it's cool outside, and in the summer, fresh lemon or lime juice.

Adding fresh lemon or lime is nature's miracle, use it whenever you can, making fresh lemonade with Astraya Stevia is an incredible tasting lemonade and natural cleanser. Omega 3,6,9 oils also are an essential for good health. Using cold pressed oils with fresh lemon or lime for dressings and sauces is a passive way to great health. Fresh lemon and lime is acidic, however post digestively leave a high alkaline ash.

If you prefer taking greens in a capsule, here's an optimal protocol that works for me:

Add your alkalizer to water and take the capsules in the middle of your water bottle, i.e., drink half of your alkalized water and take your green capsules.

To me this simulates drinking a greendrink, meaning you are still hydrating and the water before and the water behind your capsules will perpetuate the greens into your system more readily that tossing them back with a little water.

You can also add lemon to your water, key is to take the capsules 1/2 way through the bottle and be consistent as in the schedule above so that your body and brain takeover and naturally increase your levels of hydration

Advantages Of Sheepskin Seat Covers Ror Your JCB Backhoe

If you are a backhoe operator tired of uncomfortable seats, consider that when medical researchers report on the best padding available for increased comfort and reduced stress, they are referring to sheepskin.

As a backhoe operator, your day is spent sitting on a vibrating seat that rocks back and forth causing friction, and in extremely cold, hot, or humid environments. For you, there are many advantages of sheepskin seat covers for your JCB backhoe.

One of the advantages of sheepskin seat covers for your JCB backhoe is the padding provided by the soft, high-density, springy wool fibers in natural sheepskin. As your backhoe vibrates and bounces, these fibers redistribute your weight over a larger surface area than do other materials, much like tiny springs.

Another of the advantages of sheepskin seat covers for your JCB backhoe is temperature regulation. On chilly days, the fleece keeps the cold air away from your skin. On hot days, you remain cooler as air circulates between the sheepskin fibers. The sheepskin will also draw perspiration away from your skin and into its fibers, keeping you dry. In fact, sheepskin can hold between 30 and 36 percent of its own weight in moisture without feeling damp to the touch.

You will find no better combination of comfort and durability. The sheepskin's treated leather backing blocks fluids and resists damage. Just wash your sheepskin seat cover with soap that includes lanolin-sheepskin's natural oil-to keep your backhoe sheepskin seat cover in great shape for years.

Ian Partridge owns a number of websites specialising in Australian Sheepskins, due to interest in seat covers for earthmoving machines a website was created called http://jcbsheepskincovers.com which has more info and links

Marketing 101: Act Promptly

You can create excellent business relationships through following up quickly. If you go to a meeting with a potential customer, you will spend some time just chatting about what each of you would like to see happen in the future. You will also be giving some free advice or steering the conversation towards a possible contract. During these conversations you will more than likely promise to send a link to a special website, you may promise to give some information about a valuable resource for this person. When you make these promises, you need to make sure that you write them down. Do not rely on your memory or you will fail to follow-up with the information. As soon as you leave the meeting and go back to your office, you need to send the information. This means you had the meeting today, you immediately look up the information requested or suggested and send it NOW.

The potential client will be very impressed with how promptly you act. This will leave a good impression on them and they will likely relate this to how you do business. Promptness will also help to build the business relationship as you will gain the reputation of getting things done and getting them done quickly. Nothing works better than quick responses. I also respond to meeting requests the second I get back to the office plus I also respond very quickly to email and phone messages. I do not let anyone wait for a response. It may seem like a series of interruptions but I actually schedule time to read emails and return calls several times a day (once every ninety minutes).

For most of us, email is a distracter as you can see them coming in. It is tempting to read emails as they arrive. This will actually be more of a distracter than waiting until you have your scheduled time to answer. The only exception is when you are sending out a request for information and are waiting for the response. I still glance at the emails as they arrive just to make sure there is nothing urgent. If there are no responses that require immediate attention, I wait until my scheduled time.

Jeep Mountain Bike - Don't Cross The Rubicon Bike!

A Jeep mountain bike conjures up pictures of the rugged comfort, and performance with visual appeal, of the well-known vehicle. This is exactly what this bike range offers.

The company has created options in all different aspects of mountain biking, from children to adults, full suspension to hardtail, freeride and other models.

Jeep mountain bike frames are tough and good-looking, and have a limited lifetime warranty. Jeep only uses components from the most respected names in mountain biking. They have developed a range that will satisfy anyone who appreciates the Jeep tradition, but wants to use pedal power as a green option to energy consumption!

Young riders are catered for with the Jeep Mountain Bike Commando range. In the Commando TJ20, the exclusive T-Youth frame, hand brake, and coaster brake spells safety and control. A kickstand, fender, and padded frame are standard features. The Commando TSI model sports full suspension, with a twist shift 7-speed drive-train.

The adult range Jeep mountain bikes include Full, and Dual Suspension models.

The flagship is the New Jeep Rubicon All Wheel Drive line, designed to tackle the toughest terrain with tenacity. The Jeep Mountain Bike Rubicon Classic and Rubicon Sport harness the advanced innovative All Wheel Drive system, featuring an engagement clutch for a 'shift-on-the-fly' option.

The bottom-line is vastly improved front wheel traction on any terrain, come sand, snow, mud, or rain. The system can also be engaged when losing traction in the back wheel, and adds power to the front. Smooth power transmission are offered by spiral cut gears. This Jeep mountain bike offers all-round improvement in control. Whether climbing, or descending, you will feel the grip on the ground. Slippery slopes are no threat to these bikes.

Another toughie is the Wrangler SE Jeep Mountain Bike . This is built on Jeep's teardrop aluminum chassis, and has a solid Jeep shock fork. It is not a dual suspension bike, but a hardtail Jeep mountain bike, with the ability to climb effortlessly, and to cope equally well with light trails or city biking. Gear shifting is easy, and the brakes have strong and dependable stopping ability.

The Jeep Mountain Bike Cherokee Sahara Dual Suspension gives performance and comfort in a high-tech bike. It has a 21-speed drive-train, easy-twist gear shifter, and an all-aluminum linkage dual suspension, as well as extra frame gussets for strength. It has metal pedals, disc brakes, and Kenda knobbly tires for grip.

If you are battling to fit this Cherokee Jeep mountain bike into your suitcase, you should perhaps consider the Jeep Cherokee Folding Bike as an alternative...

The 20" folding mountain bike takes up only 8 cubic feet of space. It takes only a few seconds to have your ride ready for the trail. The full suspension frame makes for a smooth ride, and the 6-speed indexed gear shifting loves to take to the hills. It includes mudguards, and a kickstand.

In the past, the Jeep mountain bike range has been seen as a good, reasonably priced option for beginners.

Many improvements later, with the Rubicon at the ready, even the big boys may just start to glance furtively in the direction of these Jeep mountain bikes...
