By now if you've heard of Bob Dole you've heard of Viagra. But have you heard of Irukandji? This soft and toxic jellyfish may soon be giving Viagra, and men everywhere, a very hard time. A sting from Irukandji causes intense pain in the limbs, cramps, vomiting, difficulty breathing, anxiety, and sometimes cardiac and lung problems. However, it also causes prolonged erection. Currently, this is a lousy trade off. Realizing this, Australian researcher Lisa Gershwin is attempting to separate the erection-causing feature. But don't be tossing your little blue pills just yet. More Irukandji need to be studied before an impotency medication can be manufactured.

X-rated chewing gum

Those wanting to build stronger sperm now have more options than loose boxers and cool temperatures. A simple green African plant may boost the power of the troops down under. Call it a miracle. Call it the khat plant. Lab tests at London's King College have found that sperm treated with cathine, a chemical in khat, became fertile faster and stayed that way longer. Though so far the studies are only on mice and rabbits, early human tests suggest a similar result. But before you get too excited, it's worthwhile knowing that potency through khat's cathine is currently the domain of researchers. Why? Munching on khat has potentially dangerous side effects like delusions and elevated pulse and blood pressure. Due to this, the current focus is on finding the right cathine concentration, and making sure it's safe for more than mice.

Just breathe

Occasional impotence is common and often caused by anxiety. Long term failure to function, though, is another matter. According to the UK's Sexual Dysfunction Association: "Until about 20 years ago, erectile dysfunction was considered to be caused almost entirely by psychological factors but we now know that physical conditions are present in about 75% of male sufferers." So unless you're very young or very stressed, impotence is probably not in your head. However, it may be in your glans. The glans, or head of the penis, needs a strong and constant flow of blood to stay stiff. This requires effective circulation. In short, if your blood isn't moving neither will your penis. Speedier circulation can be gained through a healthy diet and aerobic exercise. Deep breathing is another way to circulate. By bringing more blood to the lungs, more blood goes to the heart. This is a sweat-free way to strengthen both blood flow and phallus.

P.C. isn't just politically correct

Finding and working the PC, or pubococcygeus muscle, is a sure way to satisfy you and your partner. If you've ever had to stop in mid-stream while urinating, you've already exercised it. This muscle has another use. Training it develops sexual power. Authors of The Multi-Orgasmic Man; Mantak Chia and Douglas Abrams Arava, state that training this muscle helps "strengthen your erections, intensify your orgasms, and separate your orgasms from ejaculation." To pump this muscle up, first locate it. Most men feel this muscle at their perineum, behind the testicles and ahead of the anus. Now inhale and focus on the prostate, perineum and anus. Next exhale and squeeze the muscle around your anus and prostate. Then release and relax. According to The Multi-Orgasmic Man, this exercise should be repeated 9 to 36 times.

Performance plus

Though it often takes center stage, the penis an overrated performer. Satisfying a woman also involves foreplay and sensitivity to her needs. No matter how potent you are, if these two things aren't also considered your partner will be looking at her watch rather than into your eyes.

One Irreversible Quality That Guarantees Women Will Always Find You Sexually Attractive

There are many women who say they know or are with a good guy whom they really like, but they are not enthusiastic about the relationship. Their common sense tells them that he is a keeper; they truly believe and can feel that they can spend the rest of their lives with him, raise children if they so chose, and have fantastic experiences. The rational part of their brains knows that the relationship would be rich with support, communication and trust but they hesitate because there is no sexual attraction.

Just a few decades ago, before the sexual revolution, more women were willing to make trade-offs (in favour of social security and good genes), but with the sexual revolution, too much exaggeration about sex in the media and the era of choice", there is a growing number of women who feel (and this is supported by many studies) that by staying in a relationship where there is no sexual attraction they may experience dissatisfaction in the relationship and at times, this leads to cheating or an affair or to a crisis.

This is not just about having great sex but rather the way you UNDERSTAND and INTERPRET your sexual thoughts, feelings, fantasies, actions and bodily experiences and your ABILITY TO "TRANSFER" those thoughts, feelings, fantasies, actions and bodily experiences to the opposite sex in a way that causes them to also quiver with sensation and anticipation.

Some men do this with so much ease (ready to cause explosions anytime, anywhere), but most men fall somewhere in the great continuum of barely able to cause a ripple and desiring to cause one. The guy at the desiring" end of the continuum may be a really nice" guy but unable to inspire stomach butterflies. A woman may even allow him to approach or kiss her but because she doesnt feel any sparks" she doesnt quiver with sensation and anticipation and she doesnt daydream about him - sexually.

Those heart-pounding and knee-jerk reactions may not last long and often cannot be expected to evolve into a relationship unless there are other stable aspects of romantic and emotional attraction, but at the end of the day, having a woman sexually attracted to you can result in her attitude towards you being more friendly, helpful and easier to work with.

Build Your Body Like Rome

Apparently, Rome wasnt built in a day.

Yet, people want to lose multiple dress sizes or pant sizes by next weekend by drinking some unknown juice that promises quick weight loss (yeah right), or by eating a ton of greasy meat all day (I bet that works all the time.not), or by popping pills with God only knows what ingredients they have in them (as my grandmother says, Good luck to you).

Why?

Why would a logical, smart, good-natured person like you actually think that the list above (and hundreds of other crazy weight loss fads) will actually work? There is no reason to be that desperate. Let me tell you that there is a 99.92308234% chance that as soon as you lose that weight with a fad diet, you will gain it back..and then some.

Do it the right way.

What is the right way? you may be asking.

Diet and exercise.a fitness programcommitment...empowering yourself to make small lifestyle changes that snowball into a new you.

How?

I thought you would never ask. Let me give you 2 EASY, BASIC things for you to do (and these things also go for you intermediate and advanced fitness people, too):

1.Get moving everyday It always get a good laugh when someone make a New Years Resolution to get fit. Or claim that theyre going to go to the gym everyday (when they havent seen the inside of a gym in months or years). How long does it last? 1 day, 2 days, maybe a week? Why do you think that has happened to you or others? Because that person was not COMMITTED to get moving everyday (or almost everyday). Do you know of a person like thismaybe yourself??? :)

So youre saying that you were LAUGHING at me Chris

Yes.

Onward.

What are easy ways to get moving?

-Taking a brisk 15 minute walk once or twice daily (outdoors preferably, but not a necessity)

-Pushups a great overall strength trainer (unfortunately, many people can hardly do any of these, much less do them with proper form). Even if you can only do 1 pushup, try to do 2 tomorrow and 5 by next week. Let it build.

-Crunches very basic abdominal exercise, but it will get you started. For you advanced performers out there, see how many you can do in 30 seconds or a minute or 2 minutes..ALWAYS remember proper form, or else 1,546,127 crunches in a day dont mean squat.

2.Start an exercise program In order to lose weight and keep the weight off, you have to make a change to start an exercise program (and keep to it!). My advice, dont go for the jugular so quickly, sit down and draw up a plan on how you can fit it in your everyday life (EVERYBODY can fit in some sort of exercise program, so I dont want to hear any whining on how YOU dont have the time). How about this for a quick exercise program (just off the top my head, especially for you, I dont have the time!!! people out there, lol):

Upon waking in the morning:

-Go for a brisk 10-15 minute walk outside (if possible), remembering to keep the arms pumping and concentrate on taking good, deep breaths. Upon returning home, slowly walk around for 1 minute to cool down (only if necessary), drop and do 10 pushups with arms shoulder width apart, rest for 30 seconds, then do 10 pushups with arms as close as possible together, rest for 1 minute, then finish with 10 pushups with arms far apart (practically speaking). Finish up your routine by jumping rope for 2-3 minutes (or longer/shorter depending on your fitness level at that moment).

This is just a SAMPLE, and if you start saying Chris, I cant do 10 pushups three times in a row.then do 5, or 3, or heck..even 1. Just get started, you will be amazed how much stronger you will get in the coming days, weeks, months, years. This will build your strength, endurance, coordination, and health all in that 1 tiny workout.

Change your way of thinking.start slow and build up. Rome wasnt built in a day, and your body wont be built like Rome in a day eitherbut YOU can lay the foundation for your own temple that is your body. Dont wait until your temple starts crumbling and heaven forbid starts to collapse. It may be beyond repair. Rebuild your body, your muscles, your arms, your legs, your organs..start now, start small, and make it fun.

Treat your body with respect and it will repay you tenfold. You will begin to understand once you make that change. You will feel alive, energized, and ready to face a new day, everyday.

Make a commitment to add more bricks to your temple, make yourself stronger, more flexible, ready to handle any problems that you may encounter. Dont rely on other people to tell you that your body doesnt look like Rome. People are too politically correct. I will probably tell you, though :). You can make yourself look like your own personal Rome. You just have to get started..challenge yourself, and lay that foundation.

There are so many ways to get fit, I could write for daysbut I need to stop so YOU can get started on your fitness program.

If you are still hell-bent on trying that new fad diet, or drinking that nasty looking liquid that promises quick weight loss in 3 days (I dont even want to know how)..Ill be waiting with open arms when that fails (and it will fail at some point), lol. So, just forget that trash, get started right, and build your body that is something to be proud of. Get started now, and Ill talk to you soon.
