Motivation Propels You Toward Success

Motivation combined with smart work, patience and persistence is the key to success. There is no other secret for success. It doesn't matter what your goals are - whether personal or career, whether large or small. This combination has enabled the common people like you and me to achieve uncommon success.

Highly successful people have also struggled. They have faced many failures before succeeding. They have faced many obstacles. Most of them were not born rich. Many of them were from moderate and some of them were from poor conditions. They have struggled despite their unfavorable circumstances.

Some of them were able to achieve extra ordinary success. Some got moderate success. Every one had come out of struggle as a better and successful person. Statistics puts the success rate in common people at 10% or even 5% .

Then, the critical questions are:
Why majority of people fail and/or quit? What makes a small minority number of people make it to success? What made them stand apart? What is their secret to success?

We all face such questions frequently in our lives. The studies of success tales and experiences show that there is no secret.

Successful people possess a quality called motivation. They were able to keep themselves motivated during lean times. When going gets tough, most people quit.

How and where to get this motivation?
It is not a rare commodity. Neither it is a costly proposition. It can be cultivated by every individual seeking it. It can be practiced and achieved by those who are keen enough.

Stay positive and determined on course toward your goal. Seek knowledge and solutions from positive and helpful people who are ready to share them. Read success stories and try to get that can help to solve difficulties and remove obstacles. You can enlist professional help also.

This patience and persistence will provide you that critical Motivation. You will sustain the difficulties and grow to achieve success.

You will achieve the goal you are seeking. I have been following this and i have achieved success with it.

Shadow Creatures Mysterious Beings of the Paranormal World

On a regular basis, my husband and I see these things we call Shadaes, or as other people we have met that have told us about seeing these things as well, call them, Shadow creatures. Frankly, I have no clue as to what these things actually are and what their purpose is. Over the years of observing these creepy things I have noticed they do not like bright light and usually show up around the hours of 11pm till around 3am. We have seen these shadow creatures during the day, but only in areas where it's heavily shaded or on days that it's very overcast. They seem to really show up on nights when even though it might be a full moon, the night seem very dark in spite of street lighting and a full moon, and has a rather sinister feel to it.

The shadow creatures seem to be attracted to negative energy, they also seem to herald some trouble brewing. It's almost as if these shadow creatures feed of the negative energy or take some sort of delight in misery and sorrow.

These things range in size from about 3 feet tall to around 6 to 8 feet tall. The shape is hominid like and sometimes they have reddish glowing eyes. Most people only see these things out of the corner of their eye, but a few of us can see them straight on. My husband and I do, and a couple of friends of ours see them straight on as well. And, apparently, if they realize you can see them they let it be known that they can see you too. They will generally sort of swell up like a cat puffing up to try and scare you if they notice that you can see them, but otherwise they can not seem to really do any harm.

Most people who see these shadow creatures see them inside their homes, as well as outside. Personally, i prefer the little buggers to stay out of my house. So I lay down protections around the domicile. These protections can be in the form of protection spells, or verses from Psalms, written down and hung up on your door, or laying down some blessed salt across the door ways and window sills works well too. Personally, my hubby and I use a bit of both.

My husband I and don't like these shadow creature things, but they are a good barometer of the energy of an area. If you see these things running around thicker than fleas, then you can bet there is some really nasty trouble brewing for somebody. Usually, there aren't a lot of them at any one time and they are usually just feeding off of the usually low grade nastiness common to most areas like spouses having spats, siblings fighting, etc.

Wedding Anniversary Gifts - Shop Around

Shop Around for Anniversary Gifts

There's a list of traditional wedding anniversary gifts that should be given each year. Although many couples find these traditional items a little dull, there's still a lot of "old fashioned" couples that follow this list on an annual basis. Whether you're a modern couple or an "old fashioned" couple, you have to admit that some traditional wedding anniversary gifts are a little odd. If youre confused by our term of traditional wedding gifts, were referring to a traditional gift list that many couples follow on an annual basis.

For instance, according to this traditional list, a newly wed couple's first year anniversary gift should be...are you ready? Paper. Well, that's simple enough. We'll take money! If only men read into things like us women do. Instead, traditional men usually opt for cards, magazine subscriptions, personalized journals, engraved albums, and memo pads. Sounds a little boring, doesn't it? If youre snoring at the idea of those gifts than you're definitely more of a contemporary person. Nevertheless, you can always give or receive a gift certificate as a traditional first anniversary gift. It's paper, and you can purchase anything you want with it. Now that doesnt sound so bad, does it?

Despite many couples admiration of these traditional gifts, we advise modern couples not to get caught in the traditional gift trap. While that may sound harsh, we realize that the times are changing. If paper didnt sound like an odd enough gift to you, try the second year anniversary gift ofcotton. Yes, cotton. You can almost see the scenario unfold before your eyes. "Just what I wanted, a pillow!" Yikes. Sometimes being non-traditional has its advantages. There are no guidelines to follow. Anything and everything is open for consideration as a gift.

An excellent anniversary gift idea is a photo album. While it may not sound very appealing, consider a solid finished wood album with your family name engraved upon the cover, or "our family memories." The album doesn't have to contain photographs. It can be a scrapbook of your finest memories. Ticket stubs from years ago when you and your spouse were "dating," a token from your wedding, images of your children. You can fill an album with anything. Just remember to be creative.

There's a number of gifts that can say "I love you" on your anniversary. Roses, cards, chocolates, and jewelry are all gifts that express remembrance of your special day. But liven it up a little! Try wrapping the gift yourself. Add something funny to the card. Show your spouse that it wasn't a purchase which required little effort. It was something that you thought about in advance. Presentation is a very important aspect in gift giving.

Forget about paper, cotton, and traditional gifts; unless of course, you want to receive a box of Q-Tips for your anniversary. Thats a scary thought, isnt it? But heres the point: There's not supposed to be a set of gift related rules! Anniversaries are meant to be celebrated, not dreaded. Use your imagination and surprise your spouse every year. Buy or make something that you know your spouse will adore. It'll show that you've put some thought into your gift. Remind them why they fell in love with you, and they'll do it all over again.

Driving Customers to You - Your Car as a Marketing Vehicle

You can turn your vehicle into a rolling advertisement. Costs start at just a few dollars, and you can put your business name, slogan, phone number and web site URL in front of thousands of potential customers while you are driving along the freeway, stuck in traffic or even while you are parked. Here are some of the best ways to use your vehicle as a marketing tool.

Bumper stickers are so inexpensive that you may want to print enough for employees, friends, family members, customers and others. Publisher Susan Sabo of Small Dogs Press made bumper stickers saying, I do bad things for love, along with the Small Dogs web site URL. The line is from one of their books, and everyone who sees the bumper sticker wants one. Sabo sells them at her web site, and gives them away at book fairs. Of course, she has one on her car, and says she has given them to all of her friends, too.

License plate frames are a favorite of car dealers and auto repair shops, but they can work for any business. You can have them custom made with your business name or slogan, along with a phone number or URL.

Magnetic signs are an easy and low-cost way to put a lot of information on your car. Put them on both sides of the car, and make sure the lettering is large enough to read, even from a distance and when the vehicle is in motion. Personal chef Sue Gaughenbaugh added an effective twist to this idea. She bought a supply of magnetic business cards and placed them around the sign on her truck. When customers see her truck in a parking lot, they can pick up a card to take with them. Gaughenbaugh started getting calls from new customers within days of putting the take-away magnetic cards on her truck.

Vinyl decals and window stickers are a highly visible way to promote your web site. Put the URL in large letters across the width of your rear windshield. After all, you never know who might be behind you in traffic. This is most effective if you have a catchy and descriptive domain name. Custom stickers are available at prices starting under $20.

You can order many of these items from local printers and sign shops. Or, do an online search for companies that can create bumper stickers, magnetic signs, decals and other promotional items.

And when you are ready to go all-out, consider a vehicle wrap. These vinyl decals look like a custom paint job and cover your entire vehicle with bright, high-quality graphics. This is not a do-it-yourself project, but you can hire companies such as www.coloredink.com to design and install the graphics. At an estimated cost of $3,500, this option is much more expensive than the others described here, but it will certainly make an impression on the other drivers you encounter.

When your car is a traveling billboard, the time you spend in traffic will become more productive.
